ProClaim Recycling was built from the ground up — on the shop floor of a high-volume manufacturer of non-refillable propane cylinders, where handling hazardous materials safely and efficiently is part of everyday operations.

Our founding team came together in that environment:

• Tony Rosina — Process Safety expert with deep PSM and regulatory experience

• Zach Hill — Operations leader focused on scalable, efficient systems

• Brennen Snow — Process Engineer specializing in high-performance system design

Working side-by-side, we saw the same challenge repeat itself every day: safety, compliance, and operational efficiency were all critical — but rarely aligned. More importantly, we recognized a much larger gap beyond the factory walls.

While manufacturing and distribution are tightly controlled, the end-of-life of disposable LPG cylinders remains fragmented, unsafe, and largely unmanaged. That gap is where ProClaim Recycling was born.

In 2025, we set out to build what the industry is missing:

A safe, compliant, and scalable solution for the end-of-life of disposable LPG cylinders.

Today, ProClaim Recycling provides the final link in that lifecycle — combining process safety, disciplined operations, and engineered systems to deliver a solution that reduces risk, meets regulatory expectations, and creates real accountability.
